There are many different cultivars of Chinese elm which have been selected for growth habits, foliage and bark textures. This Cork Bark Chinese elm has the beginning of very rough corky bark. Foliage is dark glossy leaves which turn bright yellow in autumn. The lower trunk and surface roots are impressive. Looks good from several different sides. Started from a cutting and container grown for over ten years. Healthy and growing in an imported plastic training pot. Height 10”, width 10”.
